Japanese traditional silk heko obi belt
for man's kimono and yukata

The stuff belts you see on this page are called heko obi. The heko obi is long wide scarf-type man's obi made of 100% silk crepe with traditional tie-dying (shibori) technique.

Usually heko obi is twisted and then wrapped around below the waistline. This is black colored 100% silk obi belt, vintage. Very good condition.
