large and heavy rare Japanese
Hakata doll of
a a Samurai Warrior Lord or Shogun sitting
on bearskin rug with iron command battle fan tessen
in his hand and dressed with armour suit and black silk
hat - hikitate eboshi. A wooden rack
with tachi sword stands next to him. And shogun
rests his hand on wooden armrest stand hijitate
covered with blue silk cushion. Shogun's face expresses
a deep thoughtfulness, however, he has already made an important
decision. His hand gripping the battle fan and he is ready
to give the order to start the battle.
Very good condition according to age with one beaked away
a piece of the bearskin rug and with good antique
taste.
